Dizelmine (ディセルマイン, Diserumain) is the crown prince of Le Garite and the older brother of Lan whose true objective is making use of Madoka Kyouno and the Voxes to destroy the planet De Metrio as part of his plan to ensure Le Garite's survival as both planets' respective planetary systems are en route of collision.
