Asteria Lisamarie de Rochefall is the acting chairman of Novumundus. She has substantial influence as shown by her ability to bring U.S. President to tears over the phone. She is the person behind Lan's Woof Greeting; she tricked Lan into believing that it was a normal greeting on Earth. She dresses in Lolita fashion and has a habit of harassing Madoka.
